  • Ground beef pattie mixture 1.5 kg
  • Rye bread slices 20.0 pc
  • The Black Pepper Mayonnaise
  • Sweet corn, grilled 500.0 g
  • Baby spinach 150.0 g
  • Goat cheese 250.0 g

Preparation

  1. Black Pepper Mayonnaise:

    • Mix together pepper, Hellmann's Real Ketchup and Hellmann's Classic Mayonnaise.
  2. Burger:

    • Grill 150g beef patties to desired doneness.
    • Toast the bread on a grilled pan or use a grill toaster after building the sandwich.
    • Build the sandwich by spreading pepper mayo on both insides of each sandwich.
    • Sprinkle some grilled corn and layer with spinach.
    • Place the cooked patties in the middle and spread some goat cheese on top.
    • Close and cut the sandwiches before serving.
