  1. Sausage and Shrimp Pasta

    • Boil pasta in salted water until nearly al dente; drain and reserve some of the pasta water.
    • Heat olive oil; sweat onions and garlic.
    • Add sausage, cook until browned. Then add the shrimp.
    • Add chili flakes (optional), Knorr Professional Tomato Pronto, and smoked paprika; simmer.
    • Add reserved pasta water and pasta.
    • Season to taste; stir in cooking cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
    • Add fresh herbs and serve with grated parmesan.
