Preparation

  1. Sweet Potatoes infused with Asian Herbs:

    • Preheat oven to 200°C.
    • Make slits on the sweet potatoes without separating.
    • Mix all remaining ingredients in the oil together.
    • Place the sweet potatoes in a roasting pan and brush with the herb oil mixture.
    • Make sure to brush well, inside the slits of the sweet potatoes.
    • Roast the sweet potatoes till done and golden, basting with the remaining oil from time to time.
    • Serve immediately after roasting with remaining roast glaze.
