Chef Eddy Diab

Chef Eddy started his career 20 years ago at the legendary Hotel Phoenicia in Beirut after graduating from his culinary studies at Les Cordon Bleu in Paris. He has an extensive operational experience both as an executive chef for restaurant groups in the region and as an owner having opened his own establishments in Beirut and in Paris. Chef Eddy has also led his own cooking TV show in Lebanon (MTV) for 5 years.

His last post in before joining UFS was to consult and set up a renowned food delivery service in Dubai and is also currently active as a contributor for the SABAH EL KHEIR YA ARAB show on MBC. 

Since joining, Chef Eddy has been creating Michelin star dishes with UFS products inspired by different cuisines and flavors. Follow him on Instagram to stay up to date with his latest fusion dishes!

Fun facts:

Outside of his work Eddy likes dangerous sports such as jumping out of a plane and freestyle skiing. To stay healthy and cleanse his body, Eddy eats only vegetables for two weeks every two months.
