Preparation

  1. Brisket & Rub

    • Mix all ingredients well.Coat the trimmed brisket evenly with dry rub and let it rest for at least 1 hour (or overnight in the chiller).
  2. Sauce Base

    • Heat oil in a pot and brown the brisket on all sides, then set aside. 
    • In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until soft. 
    • Add Knorr Professional Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mix, Knorr Professional Hickory BBQ Sauce, Knorr Professional Beef Stock Base, and remaining ingredients. 
    • Simmer and adjust seasoning.
    • Return brisket to the pot (fat side up), ensuring liquid covers about a third of the meat. 
    • Cook under high pressure for 90–100 minutes until tender.
  3. Finishing

    • Remove brisket, shred it, and set aside. 
    • Strain and reduce the cooking liquid, then mix in more Knorr Professional Hickory BBQ Sauce.
    • Toss the shredded beef in the sauce and serve hot in buns, wraps, or sliders.
