Preparation

  1. Bruschetta:

    • Brush bread slice with olive oil and toast or grill under a salamander or on any grill. Sprinkle with Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder.
  2. Chicken:

    • Marinate the chicken with Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder, pepper, oregano and olive oil, bake for 17 minutes at 180°C.
    • Remove the chicken and top each chicken breast with Knorr tomato Pronto.
  3. Topping:

    • Grate parmesan cheese on each chicken breast, and melt under salamander.
    • Top the bread with chicken breasts and garnish with fresh greens.
