  • Vegan beef patty 10.0 pc

  • Chervil sprigs 10.0 pc
  • Pickled red onions 60.0 g

This vegan edition of the traditional beef burger comes with all the frills. We’re talking about grilled avocado, melty vegan cheese,grilled avocado, melty vegan cheese and quick pickled onion. Spice things up with a chipotle mayonnaise, made with Hellmann's Vegan Mayonnaise, and watch as this dish flies off the pass.

Preparation

  1. Chipotle Mayo:

    • Add the Hellmann's Vegan Mayonnaise into a bowl.
    • Add the chipotle, sugar, onion, garlic and tomato paste.
    • Mix together until well combined.
    • Season to taste.  
  2. The Burger:

    • Cook the vegan beef patties after brushing them with oil on the grill until they are with oil on the grill until charred and cooked through. Top with a slice of vegan cheese and cook until melted.
    • Peel, de-stone and slice the avocado and place on the grill for a few seconds on each side.
    • Slice the buns and brush with oil. Toast on the grill.
    • Assemble the burgers, starting with a generous spread of chipotle mayo, add the grilled patty with cheese then the rest of the ingredients.
